These services are based on our staff expertise and state-of-the-art research on agentic AI and AI tools applied to clinical trial data.
3.1. All payments must be made in advance through Stripe payment processing.
3.2. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied according to the applicable rates in your jurisdiction.
3.3. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt.
4.1. Delivery times of product phases depend from case to case.
4.2. Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET), excluding public holidays in Italy.
4.3. Delivery times, if specified anywhere, are estimates and may vary based on complexity and volume of requests.
5.1. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support.
5.2. Upon receiving a refund request, we will ask you to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
5.3. Based on the information provided in the survey, we will determine whether the refund request is legitimate.
5.4. If the refund request is deemed legitimate, the purchase amount will be returned through the original payment method.
5.5. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
6.1. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2. While our methodology with AI tools and agentic AI is based on state-of-the-art research, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service results.
6.3. Clinequal is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions that result from the use of the services provided.
6.4. In no event shall Clinequal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing our services.
7.2. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7.3. You acknowledge that our service should not be the sole basis for significant business decisions.
8.1. All content, features, and functionality of the Clinequal website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Clinequal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. Upon payment and delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the results of our work for your internal business purposes only.
9.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
9.2. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clinequal regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Clinequal.
